Turnkey Aquaponics Factory Project
Size: 1,500 square metre area with culture capacity 500 MT (125,000 gal)
Day 1: Given project site as an empty carpark, with floor, wall and roof top
Day 5 : Mezzanine platform construction commenced
Day 18: Installation of 150 units of acrylic tanks; these acrylic tanks was shipped via 3 x 40ft HQ containers
Day 21: Green-wall structure in place
Day 23 : Fitst lot acrylic tanks in place
Day 27: Second lot acrylic tanks in place
Day 28: System testing and trial run
Day 38: Giant FRP tanks installation in progress
Day 40: Over 30,000 grow pots was mounted onto the dual-side green-wall
Day 52: FRP tanks installation done; each tank was of capacity 5,000 gallons
Day 76: Basic installation completed
Day 65 -79: Dual-Sided True Green-Wall technology was incorporated for the crops
Day 84: The veggies blossomed! Through the integrated plant bed biofilters
